Mendi Return Policy?
Mendi Innovations AB has a 30-day return policy. If a request to return is received within 30 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in original packaging, as new and in resellable condition, the return will be accepted.
To return a Mendi device, follow these steps:
- Contact help@mendi.io with a return request and fill in the return form.
- Provide valid proof of the original purchase (order number and email is sufficient).
- A return label will be requested from the shipping partner and sent over with follow-up instructions.
- Package the Mendi device in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
- State the reason for returning the Mendi device.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a full refund of the initial fee will be issued, less return shipping costs. The refund will be paid via the original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 10 banking days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
